In addition, Kidseasylearn will create a profile for you with the information needed to provide you with our products or services. We will use the information we have gathered about you to provide a convenient shopping experience for you, to fill your orders and to provide you with offers concerning our products and services.

This is necessary for the performance of your contract with an Kidseasylearn Group entity.
Each Kidseasylearn Group entity may share information we keep in your profile with other Kidseasylearn Group entities if both entities are responsible for your personal information, or if the other entities are acting as our service providers and processing your personal information on our instructions or on our behalf. This sharing is to ensure that each Kidseasylearn Group entity has access to all data for which it is responsible, in order that it can comply with its legal obligations.
Each Kidseasylearn Group entity will also share your other personal information, as well as anonymised and aggregated information, with other Kidseasylearn Group entities (such as Kidseasylearn A.G., the parent company of the group, and/or other Kidseasylearn entities as necessary). They will use this personal information for trend analysis, which is necessary for the purposes of their legitimate interests in analysing their performance.
We may use service providers and data processors working on behalf of Kidseasylearn. The services can include hosting and maintenance services, analysis services, e-mail messaging services, delivery services, handling of payment transactions, solvency check and address check, etc. These third parties are granted access to such personal data they require in order to be able to carry out the particular service.
We will share limited the personal information you provide when you sign up for an Kidseasylearn single sign-on (your name, email address, password and date of birth) with our cloud service providers for the purposes of identification and authentication, so that you can log on to your Kidseasylearn account quickly and with the ease and speed you expect from us from anywhere in the world.
